Regarding cancellation after creating the layout image

Our motto is to make printing easy, so when you contact us via LINE or email, we will create a layout image before invoicing you and confirming your order.

However, as creating a layout image takes time, we cannot accept cancellations once the layout image has been created.

Please note that in the unlikely event that you cancel, we will charge you a layout cancellation fee of 900 yen on your next order.

We recommend that you use our design simulator to check the layout and color. By using the simulator, you can check the appearance of the design to a certain extent before placing your order.

If you do not need a layout image or would only like to check the price, please contact us in advance.
