About dimensions

The measurements of the T-shirts and other apparel items we carry are based on data released by each apparel manufacturer, but please note that due to the fabric, there may be individual differences of approximately 3cm in the measurements.
Additionally, apparel items such as T-shirts and polo shirts may shrink by 1 to 3 cm due to drying and heat pressing after printing.

Size Information

Depending on the design and part, there may be individual differences of approximately ±1 to 3 cm from the stated size.
Due to the nature of highly stretchable cut and sewn and knit products, individual variations of more than ±3cm are acceptable.
Even if you purchase the same product in the same size, individual differences may occur due to the manufacturing process. Therefore, please note that any size differences that are deemed to be within the acceptable range will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Regarding processing in the central position

We manufacture and process our garments based on the center of the rib at the neck (collar). Clothing manufacturing varies from garment to garment, and the center of the rib at the neck does not necessarily coincide with the center of the garment's width. For this reason, if a design is processed in the center, there may be a discrepancy of about 10 mm between the center of the width and the center of the design.

When placing an order, please understand that the processing will be based on the rib at the neck as the center reference, and please take this margin of error into consideration when placing your order.

If there is a clear misalignment in the print, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please provide a photo of the garment laid out flat, taken from one meter away from the front, and attach it to your inquiry.

However, for products other than UnitedAthle and Printstar products, especially those made by overseas manufacturers, a misalignment of up to 30mm is permitted for size M. Please note that this is unavoidable when the product is received, and that any misalignment of 20mm or less between the center of the design and the center of the body width will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Regarding position specification

1. Regarding height specifications: For screen printing, please specify the measurement from the bottom edge of the neck rib. If you specify the height from the top edge, it may be out of position due to individual differences in the rib, so it is not eligible for return or exchange. If you want to specify the exact position, please specify the distance from the bottom edge of the rib.

2. Regarding chest position
To specify the chest position, please specify the distance from the bottom of the neck rib to the center of the design, and the distance from the center of the neck rib to the center of the design in centimeters. Since the positioning is done manually, there may be a discrepancy of up to 1 cm, so please take this margin of error into consideration when ordering.

3. Regarding the processing position of the left and right edges, if you want the design to be close to the seam, please specify the measurement from the nearest seam.

4. Matching the design positions on the front and back
We do not accept work to align the designs on the front and back of a T-shirt, as this is prone to misalignment due to differences in position when laid flat and when worn, as well as individual differences.

Regarding odor

Our products may have a raw material odor due to dyes and other materials used in the production process. This odor tends to linger especially when the product is packaged, and may be quite strong after opening. This odor will gradually decrease if you dry the product in the shade in a well-ventilated area or wash it. Please note that the raw material odor is an unavoidable phenomenon.

Regarding differences due to production lots

Please note that the texture and color of each body may differ depending on the production lot. It is difficult to precisely select the color and texture you desire, so we ask for your understanding.

Regarding color

The color of the product may appear differently depending on the screen environment of the device you are viewing it on. Also, photos taken with a model outdoors may be affected by the shooting environment and may differ from the actual color. When considering a product, we recommend that you refer to both the model cut and product cut photos and compare them on multiple devices.

Regarding texture

Please note that even for the same product, there may be differences in the texture of the fabric for each color due to differences in dyes, etc.

Regarding the jumping of threads

We purchase inspected products directly from manufacturers, but occasionally we may find loose threads. This can occur during the process from cotton harvesting to spinning and knitting, and manufacturers sell these products with the understanding that a certain amount of contamination will occur. We also sell these products from the perspective of the SDGs, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
